This Privacy Policy explains how Wearora - AI Saree & Dress ("Wearora," "the App," "we," "us," or "our"), package name com.wearora.aioutfit, collects, uses, and protects information when you use our application.

By downloading, installing, or using Wearora, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. OVERVIEW

Wearora is an AI-powered application that lets you turn a photo of an outfit (such as a saree, dress, lehenga, or kurti) into a styled fashion photo using ready-made templates or your own written notes. To provide this feature, your photos are sent over a secure connection to our AI image provider for processing, and the generated look is returned to your device. Wearora does not require an account or sign-in.

2. INFORMATION WE COLLECT

2.1 PHOTOS AND GENERATED CONTENT

When you create a look, the outfit photos you select, and a face photo if you choose one, are sent to our AI image provider, ModelsLab, only to generate your look. We do not store your photos on our own servers. Generated looks are returned to the App and saved on your device in the Pictures/Wearora album, where you can view, share, or delete them from My Looks.

2.2 TEXT YOU ENTER

If you type notes to describe the look you want, that text is sent with your photos to the AI image provider as instructions. Before sending, the App checks it against a list of blocked words to prevent harmful requests.

2.3 DEVICE IDENTIFIER

We use your device's Android ID to count how many free looks you have generated each day and to apply the daily limit, including any extra looks earned by watching a rewarded ad. This count is stored in Google Firebase Realtime Database.

2.4 REPORTS

If you report a generated look, we receive the reason you select, any optional details you type, a link to the reported look, your app version, device model, Android version, language, and device ID. We use this only to review the report and improve content safety.

2.5 DEVICE PERMISSIONS

- Camera - to let you take an outfit photo directly within the App. The camera is used only when you choose to take a photo.

- Photos - photos are selected through Android's system photo picker, so the App can only access the photos you choose, not your whole gallery.

- Storage (Android 9 and below only) - to save generated looks to your device and show them in My Looks.

2.6 ADVERTISING AND ANALYTICS IDENTIFIERS

We use Google's Mobile Ads SDK (AdMob) to show ads within the App, which may access your device's Advertising ID and related Privacy Sandbox signals (Topics and Attribution APIs) to deliver and measure ads. Users in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland are asked for consent before ads are personalised, and can change this choice at any time in Settings > Ad Privacy Choices. You can also reset or limit use of your Advertising ID in your device's system settings.

2.7 USAGE AND DIAGNOSTIC DATA

We use Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics to understand feature usage and to identify and fix crashes or errors. This may include device type, operating system version, app version, general usage events (such as screens opened, templates selected, and whether a generation succeeded), and crash logs. This data is not used to identify you personally.

2.8 PURCHASE INFORMATION

If we offer in-app purchases or subscriptions, they are processed through Google Play Billing. We receive confirmation of your purchase status (for example, active or expired) but do not receive or store your payment card details, which are handled entirely by Google Play.

2.9 INFORMATION WE DO NOT COLLECT

We do not collect your name, email address (unless you contact us), phone number, contacts, location, or messages. Wearora has no sign-in and no user accounts.

3. HOW WE USE INFORMATION

We use the information described above to:

- Generate and deliver your AI outfit looks

- Apply the daily free generation limit and rewarded-ad bonuses

- Review reports of harmful or inappropriate generated content

- Operate, maintain, and improve the App's features and performance

- Detect and fix bugs and crashes

- Deliver and measure advertising within the App

- Manage and validate purchases, where offered

- Enforce our Terms of Use and prevent misuse of the AI generation feature

We do not sell your personal information or your photos to third parties.

4. CONTENT SAFETY AND AI-GENERATED CONTENT

Every look in Wearora is generated by AI and may not exactly match the real garment in fabric, fit, or detail. Wearora applies safety measures designed to prevent the generation of sexual, violent, hateful, or otherwise inappropriate content, including a blocked-words check on text you enter. You must only upload photos you have the right to use, and must never upload photos of other people without their consent, or photos of anyone under 18. Every generated look has a Report option so you can flag offensive, misleading, or low-quality content, and we review every report. Requests that break these rules may be blocked.

5. DATA SHARING AND THIRD PARTIES

We share information only in the following circumstances:

- AI image provider: Your photos and notes are sent to ModelsLab to generate your look. ModelsLab processes them on our behalf under its own privacy policy.

- Service providers: We use Google Firebase (Realtime Database, Analytics, Crashlytics) to operate core App functionality, and Google Mobile Ads (AdMob) with Google's User Messaging Platform to serve advertising and manage consent. These providers process data on our behalf under their own security and privacy commitments.

- Payment processing: Any purchases are handled by Google Play Billing; we do not receive your full payment details.

- Legal requirements: We may disclose information if required by law, legal process, or governmental request, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Wearora, our users, or others.

We do not share your uploaded photos or generated looks with advertisers or data brokers.

6. DATA RETENTION

- Uploaded photos and notes are not stored on our servers. The AI image provider handles them only to create your look and may keep a copy for a limited time under its own policy.

- Generated looks are stored on your device until you delete them from My Looks or your gallery. Uninstalling the App does not delete looks already saved to your gallery.

- Daily usage counts are kept for up to 90 days.

- Reports are kept for up to 12 months so we can review them.

- Analytics and crash data are retained in aggregated or de-identified form for as long as needed to support product improvement, consistent with our service providers' retention practices.

7. YOUR CHOICES AND RIGHTS

- Deletion: You can delete any generated look from within the App. To request deletion of your usage counts and reports linked to your device, contact us at the email below with the subject "Delete my data". We will respond within 30 days.

- Ad personalisation: You can change your ad consent in Settings > Ad Privacy Choices (where applicable), and opt out of personalised advertising or reset your Advertising ID through your device's system settings.

- Permissions: You can revoke Camera or Storage permissions at any time via your device settings, though this may limit certain features.

Depending on your location, you may have additional rights under applicable data protection laws (such as the GDPR or India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act), including the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data, and to withdraw consent. 8. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

Wearora is intended for users aged 18 and over and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children, and users must not upload photos of anyone under 18. If we learn that we have inadvertently collected personal information from a child, we will delete it promptly.

9. DATA SECURITY

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organisational safeguards, including encrypted (HTTPS) connections and the security provided by Google Firebase's infrastructure, to protect your information from unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. However, no method of transmission or storage over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. INTERNATIONAL DATA TRANSFERS

Your information may be processed and stored on servers located outside your country of residence, including in the United States, through our use of Google Firebase and our AI image provider. By using the App, you consent to this transfer, storage, and processing.

11. CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically to reflect changes in our practices or for legal, operational, or regulatory reasons. We will revise the "Last Updated" date above when changes are made, and will provide additional notice for material changes where required.
